Alyssa Garrison is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both medical and aesthetic care. She began her career as a Pediatric ICU nurse, where she gained invaluable experience in high-acuity settings, before following her passion into aesthetic medicine.
With extensive training and hands-on expertise, Alyssa specializes in treating a wide range of skin concerns including acne, pigmentation, and texture. She is skilled in advanced injection techniques with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and has additional experience with laser therapies, GLP-1 inhibitors, and other regenerative treatments.
Alyssa’s approach is rooted in blending clinical knowledge with artistry to create natural, confidence-boosting results. Her goal is to help every client feel empowered in their own skin and love the reflection they see in the mirror.
Alexandra (Alli) Redman is a certified aesthetic nurse injector dedicated to empowering clients and patients to embrace their confidence and natural radiance. Drawing from her extensive background in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Alli combines clinical precision with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to deliver exceptional results in every treatment.
She earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, followed by Registered Nurse training and certification from Covenant School of Nursing. Pursuing her passion for aesthetics, Alli completed advanced injector training at the National Laser Institute in Dallas, earning her certification as a Registered Nurse Injector and Provider.
Alli is thrilled to join the Glo & Spa-rkle Aesthetics and Medical Spa team, where her expertise and warm demeanor will undoubtedly make her an excellent addition. Her mission is to enhance each client’s innate beauty and well-being, helping them shine as the best version of themselves.
Meet Jacelyn Cornwell, a Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician bringing her expertise to Glo & Spa-rkle Aesthetics and Medical Spa, where she works under the skilled guidance of Nurse Practitioner Fa-tia Johnson.
Jacelyn began her aesthetics journey at MCA Skincare Academy in Amarillo, TX, where she built a strong foundation in advanced skincare treatments including microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, body waxing, and lash extensions. She further advanced her skills by earning her Laser Technician License from the National Laser Institute in Dallas, TX, training in laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring technologies such as CoolSculpting and Physiq.
Her hands-on experience at a med spa in Amarillo allowed her to refine her skills in laser treatments, patient care, and medical spa operations. From performing customized treatments to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and results-driven experience, Jacelyn developed a reputation for precision, professionalism, and an eye for detail.

Josie Fairchild is an experienced aesthetician and massage therapist with several years of active practice in the UK and at Glo & Spa-rkle Aesthetics and Medical Spa. With over 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, Josie offers a wealth of expertise in skincare, massage, and medical spa treatments, honed through roles in Newquay and Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. Her career began with a solid foundation as a Beauty Therapy Level 3 Apprentice at Inspiration Professional, where she mastered advanced treatments and client management, and has since evolved into a skilled professional offering high-standard body, facial, and lash treatments. Josie’s commitment to excellence is matched by her enthusiasm for taking care of our clients and patients, as she continues to expand her knowledge, aiming to unlock advanced treatment techniques and broaden her career horizons.
Before joining Glo & Spa-rkle, Josie thrived as a self-employed Licensed Esthetician at Beauty Boutique, where she successfully built and maintained a loyal client base through social media promotion and personalized care. Her hands-on experience managing stock, consultations, and bookings has sharpened her practical and customer service skills, making her a versatile addition to the medical spa.
Certified with the U.S. equivalent of an Esthetician License (comparable to her NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy) and a Cosmetology Certificate (aligned with her VTCT Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy) from Truro College, along with specialized training in Gaia products, Eve Taylor techniques, and electrical equipment like galvanic and microdermabrasion, Josie is well-equipped to deliver transformative results. Clients can look forward to her warm, professional approach and a rejuvenating experience tailored to their needs. Josie is currently pursuing training to be a registered nurse injector in future.
