Our vision is to be Northwest Texas’s premier aesthetic and medical spa, offering an integrated approach to aesthetic, health, and wellness services with award-winning technology and products to enhance your self-image and confidence.
Working in multiple specialties in the healthcare realm, we realized that one of the main reasons people experienced healthcare-related issues was their poor diet and lack of exercise.
Furthermore, natural processes, including aging, weight changes, giving birth, as well as busy lifestyles for professional people or those in school or training, all combine to make it hard for one to maintain a healthy and rejuvenated lifestyle. The resulting changes in one’s body can inadvertently cause insecurities. We felt we could help solve some of these issues people face by using our medical expertise, top-notch technology, products, and services, all in one place. We focus on wellness, beauty enhancement, restoration, and reversal of unwanted changes in the body, all while helping people maintain their busy lifestyles. That is why we opened Glo & Spa-rkle Aesthetics and Medical Spa.

Edwin Onkendi, MD, FACS, is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery, with additional training and certification in aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Onkendi was voted a Doctor of Distinction and one of the Top Doctors of Lubbock 2019 by his peers and recognized in the Lubbock Magazine.
Fa-tia is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a wide breadth of clinical experience, including aesthetics, sleep medicine, primary care, adult preventative health care, outpatient surgery, and COVID emergency medicine. She has extensive training and certifications from the National Laser Institute and Empire Medical training in aesthetics, anti-aging medicine, wellness, medical weight loss, and laser therapy. Fa-tia earned her Nurse Practitioner Certification from Marquette University and also has a master’s in Healthcare Administration from King’s College. She is dedicated to helping individuals look and feel empowered in their skin and helping people meet their aesthetic and healthcare goals.
Alyssa Garrison (RN, BSN) is a well-rounded nurse experienced in a wide range of settings. Originally working as a skilled pediatric ICU nurse, she has developed a passion for aesthetic nursing. Alyssa has become well-versed with numerous injection techniques after completing her certifications in basic and advanced neuromodulator and dermal filler administration through the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training and MySpaLive. Additionally, she is committed to her intellectual growth as she finishes her masters degree to become a family nurse practitioner. Alyssa is committed to helping you achieve your wellness and aesthetic goals and bringing out your best “Glo and Spa-rkle”!
